Wow….it is already March 1, 2014…..2013 went by so fast. We worked more than expected last year. It is hard to pass up good money when it is offered to you. We did get to see all of our kids and grandkids during the year, which was awesome. Our last post was in October 2013 and Kelly was working in Pascagoula and I was busy with the puppies. We got back to the Bay Area for Christmas and we are still here enjoying family and friends and Kelly is currently working again…making some extra money.

We did buy a new motorhome this year, which we absolutely love. It is a 2008 45′ Country Coach…there are so many new systems to learn. The girls like the extra room…they have a little more room to chase a ball and wrestle together. One of the cool things…is because the coach looks so big…it helps make us look smaller… 🙂

We plan to work less and travel a little more this year…..and as the girls mature, I should be able to handle two dog leashes and my camera…..I have missed not taking my camera with me on walks…but there was no way I could handle both girls and the camera….something would have got broken. We are planning on going to Utah and explore some of the National parks there, like Bryce Canyon, The Arches….we are excited. Of course we are going in July…so it could be a little warm.

We will also be in Oregon for a FMCA (Family Motor Coach Association) rally…this will be the first one we have ever attended, so it should be fun. We plan to spend a little time in Oregon and then back to the Bay Area by mid September. Of course all plans are open to change if another exiting adventure is at our door and we change our mind. One of the many joys of being retired. 🙂
